A new website with new features for 2017

Welcome to Manlius Racing League 2017

As you can see, the website has been redesigned for 2017.  On this page is where you will continue to see the weekly (or whenever) updates …

But what you’ll notice is that the appearance is quite different. You will only see the first few lines of the update at first …   To see the rest , just click on it … You’ll then see the whole update, and also the most recent updates to the right (or below on mobile).  The next thing you may notice is the ‘tag cloud’ … in each update, I’ll tag some words or phrases (team names , tracks , etc) which will generate this cloud … you’ll notice that each tag has a number associated with it. That’s how many instances of that tag there are in all of the updates. And if you click it, it will show those updates.

Also,  there is now a ‘My Team’ page where you will login and soon be able to make your segment picks. That’s right, picks will be made online… all stored in a database to help aid Jeff with all of the back-end work that he does.  And more features as I master them !  You will need to register first before you can login. During the registration , you’ll need to enter your email address, a password, and the ‘Team Owner’ name(s) …You will enter your “Team Name’ when you are choosing your drivers.

There is also a countdown clock to the next race, and you may even see countdown clocks used elsewhere … for example , when segment picks are due.
